Physical Therapy Manager
Are you a passionate and self-motivated physical therapy leader looking to join a progressive organization that values the patient experience?
Concho County Hospital is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Manager who is determined and committed to providing patients with the best patient experience and is ready to manage its therapy department, help grow our organization and the field of physical therapy. Responsible for inpatient, outpatient and swing bed patient therapy.

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
•Bachelor degree (required) Masters or Doctorate (preferred) in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization.
•Licensed to practice as physical therapist in Texas.
•Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
•Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent teamwork skills

Job Function:
•Complete Initial and regular patient assessment and reassessment in a timely manner. Document outcomes and interpretation of data, and communicate interpretation to appropriate teams. Initiate plan of care with expected outcomes.
•Plan, coordinate, and implement treatment plan as prescribed by providers; communicates oral and written reports regarding patient progress and discharge.
•Participate in plan of care of patient in collaboration with appropriate teams and physician.
•Complete documentation of assessment, reassessment and treatment plans in the medical record.
•Perform regular checks on patients and equipment. Maintain clean and safe equipment and environment.
•Assist with daily assignments to Physical Therapist Assistants.
•Participate in performance improvement activities in department and hospital wide. Collect and analyze data. Maintain quality control of all departmental equipment.
•Remain current with literature related to department and maintain an updated methodology, tools, manuals and criteria as necessary and appropriate. Attends all required hospital meetings.
•Demonstrates respect for co-workers and responds to needs of patients by complying with hospital policies.
•Comply with HIPAA regulatory requirements.
•Perform other duties as assigned
