$5,000 bonus paid at the 12-month mark
12-hour shifts, full-time only

Already part of the team?
If you’re a current CCHD employee and refer a qualified RN who’s hired and stays for at least one year, you’ll receive a $5,000 referral bonus — just email HR before their interview with the applicant’s name and a short reason for your referral.
