Concho County Hospital District is inviting community members to an informative afternoon designed to make Medicare easier to understand. ABCs of Medicare will be held ONLINE Friday, Nov. 6, at 2 p.m. on Facebook Live.

Keith Leitzen, President of Managed Care Partners, will lead the session, helping attendees work through common Medicare questions and better understand the options available to them. The conversation will cover the basics of Medicare, including Parts A, B, C and D, as well as Medicare Advantage plans and how they work.

Attendees will also hear practical tips for comparing options, learn what questions can be helpful to ask and have an opportunity to get clearer answers to common Medicare questions. The goal is to help participants feel more informed and confident as they consider their healthcare coverage choices.

The session is designed for people approaching Medicare eligibility, current Medicare beneficiaries, family members, and caregivers who want a clearer understanding of coverage options.
