Concho Medical Clinic Announcement

Please be advised that Dr. McFadden is winding down is clinic practice, and as of October 18, 2024 will be leaving the practice of medicine at Concho Medical Clinic as well as Concho County Hospital. Dr. McFadden will be available to provide care and refill your prescriptions until October 18th, 2024.

If you choose to seek care elsewhere, Concho Medical Clinic will forward a copy of your medical record to your new provider, upon receipt of your written authorization and direction. If you prefer, you may contact your medical plan/health insurance, local medical society, or the physician referral service at a hospital of your choice for a list of area physicians.

After October 18, 224, you may request a copy of your records by contacting Concho County Hospital at (325) 869-5911, 614 Eaker St Eden Texas 76837 with your written authorization form.
